Scrambled Eggs with Flour Smoked Sausage

Put the flour smoked sausage in a pan covered with water and bring to the heat. After boiling, cook about 5 minutes.
Drain the water, remove the skin from the flour smoked sausage and break into small pieces.
Beat the eggs, add a little salt.
